Excellent gym. Very well maintained including the machines. Very good and cordial staff. Instructors are good. My personal trainer- Pawan is extremely knowledgeable and very professional. Knows when to push and when to manage injuries. By far the best instructor I've ever had. Aligned his schedule as per mine. I highly recommend this gym.

One of the best gym i have ever been out standing staff and all things
I have been coming to Gold's Gym in Sector 67 Gurgaon for the last 6 months. I have been training with Tarun as my personal trainer here 3 times a week. He has been able to work wonders by helping me understand the right technique for weight training and how to keep oneself disciplined and motivated in an exercise regime, which I used to struggle with earlier. The gym is also very well maintained and professional. I would highly recommend this gym to anyone looking to turnaround their workout routine.
