This Cult Pro category gym is located in the heart of a busy market area--or bazaar, as we say in India--which feels a bit chaotic. It lacks adequate parking, especially for four-wheelers, so visiting on a two-wheeler is advisable. While the gym is well-equipped, the space is cramped, with machines placed too close to each other, creating a cluttered and claustrophobic environment. During summer afternoons in June, when footfall is low but temperatures peak in Gurgaon, you often have to request the staff to switch on the air conditioning. Overall, the gym has potential but would benefit from regular maintenance and a stronger focus on service quality.

My suggestion to gym caretakers is, if it's showcased on headboard of gym outside that certain group(zumba, HIIT, Bhangra, yoga) classes are provided here, please do mention while taking subscription how many maximum classes will can get cancelled in a month. Many people here do come for gym but some prefer group classes. Even if 20 or 25% evening people are group classes based, it's very much important to inform earlier that classes are cancelled or atleast have additional same class scheduled later. Since it's attached to Cult fit, we think it's curriculum/rules/process is very much similar. Otherwise gym is OK. But as many people join for group classes, for other than environmental reason like rain, classes should not get cancel, it's not fair for who take less months subscription. And many people are angry but not showing their point of view to management on class cancellation. 2 classes are still understanding but many classes getting cancelled in a month shouldn't be something carryforwarded. It's a big gym, many corporate people join here, since area is residential. Please take necessary steps further, it's a humble request.

Worst gym ever. The owner is extremely rude and unprofessional. If you have an Elite Pass through your corporate, he will try to mislead and fool you by saying that they don't have any such membership. He's a big liar -- claims that you only get access to group classes and not the gym. He only knows how to cheat and exploit others.

The gym has 4 floors including 1 basement Floor. Gym is always open in day time they have plenty of trainers, staff is cooperative. About the facilities/machine equipments i have seen enough of treadmills and bicycles. I have seen a lot of weight but despite having 4 floor they were lacking in some gym equipment, some advanced equipments for working out on a specific muscle group. I was here for a corporate workout session, I loved the female trainer who was so enthusiastic about her job. I will definitely recommend this gym if you are a newbie or a pro. About cost 4k per month 7k for couples and 1 lakh 30 thousands for a lifetime (10 years) @travellercloud on Instagram.

The owner is very rude. He threatened me to not come next time as I have a corporate pass. He tried to mislead me by saying that corporate pass holders cannot use gym and should only avail cult classes. I would request cult to delist such gyms from their website.
