Great place to Workout in Pardi, Valsad. They have good equipments. Good trainer and very friendly atmosphere. The gym also has Steam bath option also. I have been member of it since 8 months and I have achieved good results. Definitely worth a try.

I am resident of pardi currently living in Daman for work,pupils but honestly I really miss this gym..SEA STONE gym is one of those kind and experience trainers and staff...I hope soon I can join it again....
2000 rupees for 3 month is good value for money. It is very close to the four way in Pardi. All the necessary equipment weighing machine is available. heavy weights are also available so you can work out freely with any fitness background
Very nice gym , trainer are carring and friendly ..nice arrangement for cardio exocise. Best gym in Killa pardi...gym service are good..so come to c stone and take membership in our gym
