The facilities are clean and well maintained. The gym has state of the art equipment, knowledgeable trainers and a supportive atmosphere that motives me to reach my fitness goals. Raju Bhai(owner) was a very responsible and good person.

I've been working out at Rock's fitness club for the past 2 months and overall it's been a great experience. The gym is clean/spacious/well-equipped with a good range of cardio machines, free weights, resistance machines, etc. The staff are friendly and helpful and the atmosphere is motivating and relaxed. Would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for friendly gym.

Best gym in Jamnagar. They give personal touch to every exercise along with diet. We can see changes in our body. Everyone have different customized exercise according to their body and goals. Best fitness center I can say
