We had initially planned to stay for two days, but we ended up extending our trip by another two days because everything here was just wonderful! The food and hospitality were excellent, and our overall experience was amazing. The reception staff were extremely helpful, and the pool area was fantastic -- managed by Mr. Raju Bhai, who was such a humble and kind person.
The food was luxurious, with a seven-course meal and freshly prepared Jain food available, which was truly impressive. Our room was very comfortable, and the staff were always ready to help.
Overall, it was a wonderful experience filled with warm, family-like vibes. If you ever plan to visit Bhavnagar, we highly recommend staying at Sarovar Premier

Taken family stay booked two rooms with including of breakfast and meal , however room was good in cleaning hygiene however we have found issue with restaurant service very poor and unmanaged
1. No que or reservation in breakfast mashup other guests. No table manners found
2. People are casual seating during pick time while other guests are waiting outside (no attention for any of the guest)
3. Food preparation was poor in live items
4. Live item order fulfilled after 45 min and three reminder
5. People are taking your cutlery set from our table and pulling chairs no attention by service team of restaurant
6. Lota of item has been not refilling on time

We stayed at this hotel recently and overall had a pleasant experience. The property has a very nice lobby, clean interiors, and our room was spacious, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and service was generally good.
That said, there are several areas that need improvement. The bathroom design felt dated - the blind screen between the bedroom and bathroom has seen better days, the showerhead was poor, and the lighting at the vanity was inadequate. On one occasion, housekeeping had run out of hand towels, and more concerningly, we returned from a day's outing to find our guest room left open.
In-room technology could also use attention. The TV audio was muffled and unclear, and the complicated two-remote system made it frustrating to operate. Lighting controls were excessive, with too many switches that were difficult to figure out. No USB outlets in the room.
Breakfast was disappointing, with limited options and no brewed coffee offered.
Overall, while the hotel is clean, comfortable, and has good staff, there are several details in amenities, upkeep, and service that need attention before it can match the quality of its appearance.
