This place is not suitable for anyone looking for a comfortable stay. The committee members are incredibly rude and will pressure you to contribute a fixed amount for festival celebrations. If you refuse, expect aggressive behavior. Additionally, there's a significant water leakage issue in the basement, which can cause rust damage to your car, even if it's brand new. Tenants are treated poorly here, so I strongly recommend exploring other options in the area, as several new projects are emerging.
