Having worked out at another gym earlier and failed, I firmly believe that a gym is only as good as its trainers. No amount of world class equipment can help you if your trainers are bad. At first I did not think much of the set-up here. There are no great machines around but that is what makes this place different. The fact that you use the very weight that you want to shed, to help you workout is what works. I have been challenged and "pushed" to make the workout work for me. And for that I am glad I have a good and committed trainer in Balli Singh. I like the fit me I see in the mirror these days and I owe it all to the workout regime and diet plan he has for me.
