He is one of the finest coach i ever met.

Minas is a National level Gold medalistin professional diving and an ex-Army soldier. He has good knowledge about calisthenics and HIIT training. He can guide tremendously in body weight training and also suggest you a diet plan. He also trains aspiring cadets to join Police and Defence departments. Most importantly he is a motivated and charming personality and loves animals.
