Nobert's Fitness Studio - 24x7

This gym used to be one of the best in mala, open 24x7, affordable and run by people who genuinely cared about their members. I had even referred a bunch of my friends here a few years back because it was that good. But honestly, it's gone completely downhill since then. The receptionist now is rude and dismissive and the overall vibe has become unwelcoming. Membership prices have shot up to unreasonable levels, yet the service and maintenance have only gotten worse. Machines are often out of order and sometimes the place just smells bad which says a lot about the cleanliness. What really annoys me is that they still ask for receipts every few days instead of having a simple biometric system(which someone else had mentioned) like any decent gym would. It's frustrating to see how far this place has fallen from what it used to be. Definitely not worth the money anymore.

This gym is awesome , there's no time issues with gym and the trainer shireel is very knowledgeable and skilled in his field and receptionist are very kind and friendly

Best gym and faculty and supportive trainers

My experience with the gym trainer at Norbert Gym 24x7 in Mala was beyond disappointing. Two weeks ago at about 5pm without warning, the trainer suddenly approached me and aggressively held me from behind to administer a stretch, resulting in fractured ribs. This reckless behavior not only caused physical harm but also showcased a complete lack of training and professionalism. Avoid at all costs unless you enjoy risking your safety in the hands of an unruly trainer.

I was in this gym for half a year unfortunately I had to leave because I was moving. The trainers were very helpful all the time available for us, always nice and correcting us when needed it feels like almost having a personal trainer. The gym is also very clean. And also the price is very affordable. Thanks a lot to all the team.

Very bad experience with the trainers, unprofessional staff keeps asking to show a receipt every time, suggestion to keep a basic biometric system as Norberts is a big brand biometric is basic with registered date instead of being interrupted during workouts or behaving unprofessional with the customers, half the equipment is also most of the times broken or not managed well, genuine review please try it yourself for your own experience

The trainers aren't trained well, they don't have any proper information and the manager is only busy running all over the placr making business and trying to get as many people as possible to join the gym instead of focussing on the quality. The trainers don't care about the workouts, they have only a few they remember which they ask u to do every day and that's all, poor quality and only focused on money making.

Anyone who wants quality assistance in shedding bodyweight and building muscle should definitely want to join Norbert's Fitness Studio. They have gyms all over Goa in major cities including Panjim, Mapusa, Vasco, Margao, Ponda. I work out at their Panjim gym and it's well spaced out with all the necessary equipment and the membership fee is not too high as well.
