Something I've been looking for years and my wish fulfilled. RUFF is undoubtedly one of the best thing in Goa. Coach Rahim is a professional fighter and the 2 hour gruelling MMA training is awesome. Though there are many others who come here for general fitness only.

Everything about the Gym is Great- The Classes are taught by the Coach Rahim himself. You get to learn everything under one roof for e.g. Boxing,Muay Thai, BJJ, wrestling & Juddo. I joined RUFF MMA 2 months back and I was able to loose 10 kgs in 25 days with the help of a dietitian and proper training by Coach Rahim, who is always there to motivate. The atmosphere is great and also a great place if you have fitness goals. Everyone is so friendly and Coach will always take time to speak to us and teach the techinque in detail.
