Joining Genesis Cali Park has been one of the best decisions for my fitness journey. I've followed them on Instagram from the beginning and watched them grow, and being a part of it now is amazing.
The sessions are structured perfectly - 10 mins of warm-up, 40 mins of focused workout, and 10 mins of stretching. The coaches are highly trained, disciplined, and always willing to guide you. No unnecessary chit-chat - just pure, effective workouts with hydration breaks in between. No fancy machines just body weight workouts.
After years of gymming and dealing with joint pain from heavy lifting, Cali has helped improve my flexibility and mobility significantly. They're strict about batch timings, so come a few minutes early.
You also get one free trial session - give it a shot, you won't regret it!
P.S. Saturday's last batch is 6-7 PM.

I was a lazy guy. I didn't feel like to exercise. One day my friend introduced me here. Since then, the entire experience is life changing.
The Coach, Raj and the personal behind this Idea, Adarsh, Are a real motivation. They create a healthy and supportive environment for new commers, without making them feel akward.
This is not place where you lift weights. Here you lift your self confidence, your posture and your physical and mental strength.

Genesis have really changed my lifestyle as I was having lot of health issues specially pertaining to joints. I was actually struggling even to walk,but they say when ur small parents teach u to walk,stand and sit on ur own,but I m saying I m in my 40's n GENESIS thought me to walk,stand and sit. Hands down, best choice I've made training at Genesis Park. This place is an absolute vibe no wonder I travel 72 kilometres back and forth to get trained here. VERY friendly team who make me actually want to go train. The workouts are fun, the fellow members are super inspiring.
Coach Adarsh is super nice and takes an interest in you no matter what fitness level you're at. I really like how he gives tips and tricks to get the most out of every workout. I've been going for a little bit and am already seeing a big change in my energy levels and body. It's great! I look forward to walking through the doors and always feel amazing when I leave.
The music is blaring and the atmosphere is awesome. I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to get in shape and if you go you will see the results no question. It's a hard workout with happy people! Highly recommended!
