Great Gym and lovely environment. All machines are in very good condition. I have spent more than 1 year in this gym regularly and I have enjoyed alot.

I have been working out in this gym for more than a year. The gym is awesome with very good ambience and supportive trainer's. Equipment are pretty good and are updated. I workout in here regularly. Frankly, I would rate this a 5 star.

My recent encounter with the staff at the gym I visited in Candolim can only be described as incredibly disappointing and frustrating. The level of service provided was far from acceptable, and their rudeness left a lasting negative impression. Upon entering the gym, I had hoped for a welcoming and supportive environment, but unfortunately, I was met with a staff that seemed disinterested and unwilling to assist. Their lack of professionalism was evident from the moment I stepped in, as they barely acknowledged my presence, let alone offer any assistance or guidance. It felt as though they considered their roles as an inconvenience rather than an opportunity to serve and help members. Throughout my time at the gym, I observed staff members engaging in conversations amongst themselves, often paying more attention to their personal discussions than to the needs of the patrons. When approached with questions or concerns, their responses were curt and unhelpful, leaving me with the distinct impression that my inquiries were bothersome rather than welcome. The overall demeanor of the staff contributed to a hostile and unwelcoming atmosphere that is entirely antithetical to what one would expect from a fitness facility. In a place where motivation, encouragement, and support should be readily available, their indifference and rudeness made my gym experience needlessly frustrating and uncomfortable. In summary, the staff's behavior at this particular gym in Candolim was not only bad but also remarkably rude. Their lack of professionalism and unwillingness to assist members severely detracted from what should have been a positive and motivating fitness environment. I hope that management takes steps to address this issue, as it has the potential to drive away members seeking a more positive and supportive gym experience.

I have been a member of Neulife fitness Gym for over a year and I can honestly say that it is the best gym I have ever joined. The staff are friendly, helpful and professional. The equipment is modern, clean and well-maintained. The atmosphere is motivating, supportive and welcoming. I always look forward to my workouts at Neulife fitness Gym and I have seen great results in my fitness, health and confidence. If you are looking for a gym that offers everything you need and more, then Neulife fitness Gym is the place for you.

Just wanted to say thank to gym instructor Rafiq for all of your hard work and advice in getting me to where I want to be in terms of fitness. Your experience and knowledge have been really helpful to me along the way, and I value your willingness to modify the exercises to fit my specific needs.
