Very slow at service they do not have enough person to do after sales. Very disappoint

Champs Fitness, Margao, is the premier outlet for all your sports and fitness needs. With products ranging from different companies, there is no paucity of choice for meeting the needs of the customer. Champs Fitness offers you a wide of variety of the best SPORTS, Fitness, Cycling and Fishing equipment. It is perhaps the only store in South Goa which caters to multiple needs of a customer. I highly recommend visiting Champs Fitness Margao, as it is a one stop shop, hence one does not have to visit multiple locations for different items, as Champs already offers a large collection to its customers.

The owners should really take note that the employees truly lack basic courtesy. Visited the store in Margao at around 2:30 pm. The shutter was half close and I could see that some employees were having lunch. We decided not to disturb them and tried to have a first look at the cycles from outside. But the next thing we heard was loud thud of the shutter which was rudely shut by one of the employees. So we proceeded to Hede cycles in Margao, as the owner was kind enough to open the store early for us, where I bought my cycle.

Worst experience. Had ordered for a gym cable and its been 3 weeks now. Even after contineously following up with the staff all I get are empty promises that the technician will come. I wonder if the owner really knows whats going on and how unhappy your customers really are.

This place is honestly the worst. Bought a treadmill and a cross trainer from here some time ago. Employees as always were super eager to sell it to me. But a couple of months later the treadmill started giving trouble and we had to keep calling the store repeatedly to come and check it out (because they're lazy as hell). After finally saving some time from their busy schedule ,they came and told us we needed to replace it. Then some months later the cross trainer wheel started wobbling like crazy. Called them. Said we'll come tomorrow. Didn't come the next day either. Called them and they said 'we tried calling you, you didn't pick.' Like are you serious I was literally sitting at home waiting for the phone to ring. Sad and pathetic service. Would've given a no star/half star rating if it was there.
