Pantaloons (Prabhus Emerald, Vasco, Goa)

A lovely experience. The staff is very efficient and courteous. And good sales attitude convinced me to buy a dress from fresh stock. Even though sale was going on. :-). Have no regrets.

Very nice place to shop around in dabolim. There are hardly a few places in vasco area to shop. But this place is like 500 metres from airport and offers nice cloths and other items.

Sharing my experience after long unresolved complaint at Pantaloons customer service end. Being a Green card holder she was assured of hassel free service in case any size/defect related issues. Utilising the same my mother does purchase items when on sale with an intent to use the same at later times. In many case she has made purchases for family members after reassurance of exchange in case any size/ defect issues; provision of which was exercised by us and was always appreciated. Coming to the current case my mother had bought a branded item ( outside list of Pantaloon brands) in the month of January, with an intent of personal use. However, she opened the apparel after a month and removed the tags for washing and ironing purpose before wearing the same. In the process it was noticed by her that the apparel had two holes in it and being a branded product she intended to bring it to the notice of your staff and get a resolution for the same. However, right from the first time visit to the store along with my father the concerned manager maintained the statement of the product being used. Which was absolutely unwarranted as the complete situation was explained to them by my parents. After a heated discussion, the store manager had agreed to take action and send the product to the concerned brand for quality check. Meanwhile my parents went out of station for a month and on returning back they were informed that no action was taken and the product will now be sent which will take some time. Agreeing to the same the item was left to the store for futher action. After few days, my mother recieved a call and was called to the store to meet the manager with regards to the product. On meeting and conversation with the manager the following actions were absolutely unprofessional and were of psychological torture to any customer:- 1. The manager made the statement as to why only you are experiencing so many problems and having so many exchanges in past? ....Well the question lies on you as to what level of expertise is your staff showing that so things are getting missed?? 2. Even though my mother had maintained right from the beginning that cutting away of the tag was her fault, but she hasn't used the product at all. Why was the store team not focusing on the genuine effort to check for loop holes that might still be existing? 3. Throughout the conversation the managers kept mentioning of the past exchanges; why weren't they professional enough to make a customer understand the current situation? 4. Finally when it was agreed that the product can be fixed by the store tailor; why was there so much of issue in keeping the product at the store till the time it gets fixed? Why was she asked specifically to carry the product away and bring it to them next day in the afternoon? I had spoken to Mr. Rushikesh yesterday, I assume the head manager of the store. He tried to explain me the stores point of view and I had patiently heard their part of story. He even wanted to show me the CCTV footage where he claims my mother had got hyper. After speaking to my mother, I am confident of the footage to be played anywhere and that there would not be anything that was beyond the stores capacity to handle it in a polite and professional manner. However, since the managers chose to stick to their preconceived idea and continued allegations of used product being brought back. Such statements amounts to mental torture for those who are right to the situation, in this case my mother was called to meet the manager and was repeating told this statement, rather than the next possibility of overcoming the situation. Also, after speaking to this man I realised the level of conviction they have of women visiting your store. Quoting "Women" for the sake of hiding your own faults is the most cheapest level one can fall to. Some serious introspection is required. If not much teach your staff to respect ladies.

Yesterday on 17/10/2023 I just missed my watch in the trail room and i couldnt find it but then the manager took this case personally and just helped us out and with in 1 working house i got my watch back thanks to rishikesh who just gaved his best to found my watch and great service by rishikesh
