The gym is very good and the trainer is also very good. Mr Balwan nice gym owner. Trainer Awesome Mr Abhishek is a very nice guy and teaches very well

Sparse gym by Western standards, but has treadmills, and lots of weight training kit. However the manager Balwant is excellent and very helpful. It is fairly quiet in the mornings so can treat it as your own personal gym. Note that you need shoes/trainers that clean and not used on the streets, which seems to be norm in all gyms in Candolim.
