I truly love the vibe here. The staff are warm, courteous, and always welcoming. The gym is spacious, spotless, and well-equipped -- offering everything you need for a complete workout. It's rarely crowded, likely because there's no lunch break, so you can drop in at your convenience. Their rates are quite reasonable given the quality of service and facilities. They do switch off the AC during quieter afternoon hours, which makes sense from a cost-saving and eco-friendly perspective. Smart and responsible!

Not at all recommended for tourists or visitors. The members and staff are disrespectful and inconsiderate. Spoiled our session and made us leave mid-session. Just because an old roided dude "Ashwani" didn't have patience to let us finish our set. We were cool enough to control the situation that could have resulted in a full on fight. Didn't even generate the invoice for our session even after we requested. Wasted our time and training session along with spoiling our experience. This is goa's hospitality. Would love to offer better experience to all the staff and owners when they visit delhi...

Gym is clean and well maintained. Also the staff is very friendly. As a tourist I felt comfortable with working out here. Almost everything you need is available. However there could be more cable pulleys.

Weight are not out back on rack, dome machines are uneven, the leg extention.( didn't do it) a wooden stage with 3 thin mats for stretches. To thin, could use a coat of paint. Leaks, no staff to just wipe it. Wanted to but the towel at the windows was soaked. Soft music. I like tech house for workout. The entry and changing was good. The trainer was helpfull. It need a touch up..

You want to workout and want all the machines possible - this is the place to be. 350 a day and 1800 for a week. Its a paradise for someone on a vacation and still wants to get in a couple of workouts. Super friendly trainers and a very chill vibe in general
