The Reform Lab

Went to Reform Lab with a friend during my holiday and had a great workout. The coach planned a tough session but adjusted it to my pace!! He also gave helpful tips on posture correction and knee stability. Ravi kept the session light with his good sense of humour. Definitely recommend!

Hands down one of the best gyms I've been to in Goa. TRL focuses on functional movements and endurance workouts, that actually help you feel fitter, stronger, and more capable in everyday life. The classes are super well organized, and there's always something new to keep things interesting. Big shoutout to Ravi and Sunith for curating such solid sessions and running one of the smoothest operations around. Ravi has built a community here that's unlike any other where everyone's supportive, motivated, and just genuinely good vibes. If you're in Goa and want more than just a regular gym routine, definitely check this place out.

One of the best gyms in Goa to have a truly wholesome fitness experience. The strength and conditioning group classes are my go to. Ravi is one of the best coaches I have worked with, who looks into your challenges and gives you very mindful insights required to navigate through it. Also, to top it all the programs which we go through every week is sooo much fun and keeps you excited with every new technique that you learn.

Whether you're here on vacay and looking for a space to workout or living in Goa - Reform Lab is the place. Coach Ravi has curated a series of workouts that benefit you based on your body type. From strength to conditioning to TRX, mobility, personal training and more.

Nice and welcoming trainer, good but little equipment. Quite expensive 700 rps for one time. OK to work out in socks which is nice for a backpacker.

A beautiful space with trainers who are truly passionate about fitness and movement. They have wide range of group classes and keep hosting guest workshops too !

Ravi and the team have been great and helped me get back on track and stronger than ever. The gym is so well maintained and the view doesn't get better than this.

This is the best place to workout in north Goa . Perfect location and coach !!
