After trying out many gyms in Vaasa and being disappointed by the experience, I finally found my place at Lykke! The app is user-friendly, the group classes are fantastic, and the atmosphere is cozy and welcoming. I also love the flexibility in payment options -- they accept ePassi, and you can pay for everything online. It's clear that the owners have put their heart into this place, unlike the typical chain gyms where everything feels automated and impersonal. Here, it's always clean, and it's genuinely a pleasant place to be. One area that could be improved is the payment notifications. If a payment is overdue, it would be better to notify the client first instead of immediately sending it to a debt collector. It's a small issue, but fixing it could really enhance the overall experience. I'd also like to mention that the group classes can get a bit crowded sometimes, but that's actually a good sign -- so many people want to work out here! It might be worth considering expanding or adding more classes to accommodate the demand.
