Conceptual gym that has encouraged the masses to be more health conscious with their pricing approach even though it can be confusing if not dealt carefully. Very busy during the peak hours however the setup is great. the in house dine in offers a great menu of food that is also available for those who would like to grab something.

Amazing experience! The staff here are incredibly helpful and welcoming, especially Ms. Jill. She took the time to listen to me thoroughly, answered all my questions with patience, and made me feel very comfortable. Her kindness and professionalism really stood out and made my visit so much better. The gym itself is well-designed and motivating. I love the yellow and black color scheme! It adds such a strong, energetic vibe that really pushes you to stay focused and productive during your workout. The atmosphere is clean, organized, and positive. You can tell a lot of thought has gone into creating a great space for members. Highly recommend this gym for anyone looking for a supportive environment with amazing staff and a motivating setup!

Good equipment - the issues are there is practically no AC and the gym is very hot and crowded needs to be improved. And no water dispenser on site and charge slot for water. I've been a member for a while and this causes many issues. Same with subscription. If these issues were resolved my review would be much higher as there is a fair variety of equipment.

What a gym! The staff, the equipment. The place. So accommodating with anything we have requested. Extremely approachable staff at reception and on the gym floor. All the equipment is always in full working order and theirs always maintenance here freshening the up the place aswell as servicing equipment. Would highly recommend to anyone. Especially if you're new to Dubai and want an enjoyable comfortable gym session. Gym nation is your place.

I would like to express my concerns regarding a recent experience I had with one of the trainers at the gym. During my workout, while I was on my second set, the trainer requested that I share the equipment I was using with his client, who appeared to be excessively perspiring. I inquired if he had a towel available, to which he responded negatively. I informed him that had he possessed a towel, I would have been willing to share the equipment; however, I emphasized that hygiene is of utmost importance to me, and therefore I could not comply with his request. His reaction to this was one of considerable upset, prompting him to call his manager. The manager subsequently approached me to offer an apology, but the trainer continued to express his dissatisfaction. I felt uncomfortable and somewhat threatened by the trainer's demeanor. I believe it is essential for trainers to embody the principles that the gym promotes, particularly with regard to hygiene and kindness towards members. On a positive note, I appreciate the overall quality of the gym and the fact that I hold memberships at two other gyms. A notable advantage of GymNation is its 24/7 accessibility, I must commend the gym for its excellent equipment. However, I noted that the changing room was in an unsatisfactory state of cleanliness.
