Big shoutout to my PT Aymen--training with him has been a game changer. He knows exactly when to push me on days I'm feeling low, and just as importantly, when to pull me back when I'm going a little too hard so I don't injure myself. What I appreciate most is the consistency--we're both equally invested in the journey, and that kind of partnership goes way beyond just physical gains. This Fitness First branch might be on the smaller side, but honestly, it's got everything you need. The equipment is well-maintained, it's always clean, and the space is used smartly... most of the time (I still don't understand why they run these functional classes out in the open floor instead of using the actual rooms inside. A bit unnecessary and takes up precious space, but hey - we move anyway ). If you can sneak in during off-peak hours, it's even better--quiet music, open floors, and space to move . Class-wise, I'm especially loving the Reformer Pilates and Yoga. Huge shoutout to Ulma--her classes are brutal in the best way possible. They're offering leveled pilates sessions, which is a massive win. It means you're challenged based on where your level is, rather than just going through the motions in a mixed-level crowd. And Ulma always makes sure to challenge you even a bit more :) The vibe here is honestly what makes it stick. Familiar faces, staff that actually care, and a sense of comfort that makes it easier to keep showing up and let's not forget Fahd's ready smile or joke to make everything even better
