The best place in Delhi to work out, learn calisthenics and improve your own strength. As an introvert who never used to like going to the gym, Grip and Grab is a place that i keep coming back to. It's been almost 6 months since I've been coming here and i can see an improvement in my strength and my abilities to do different exercises and skills. Complete credit goes to the expert coaches, who guide each and everyone depending on their goals and needs. This place is a must for anyone looking to get out of the mundane gym routine and actually enjoy working out with a like minded community.

If you are looking for a typical gym replete with 20 treadmills and 10 elliptical trainers this is not for you
But if you are looking to truly transform your body, gain muscle and also become proficient in calisthenics(gymnastics), you'll not find a better place in the country
In the one year and 2 months that I have worked out here, I have gained immense upper body strength - I can do proper push ups with chest to ground, I can kick up to a handstand and hold it, and I can hold a chin up for 30 seconds
But my love for Grip n Grab goes beyond unlocking skills and getting stronger. It is truly a judgment free space where it doesn't matter how good,bad,strong or weak you are when you begin your journey.
It is also the safest space for women to work out, I cant imagine not starting my day here
But most of all the coaches here are so highly skilled and trained and so invested in your transformation, that it feels more like being part of a family than going to a gym. Harish sir, Ankit Sir, Nitish sir, Mohit sir, Sabhya sir, Abhay sir, all of them go all out in making sure you excel which is why the eneegy and vibe here is so positive!
It is not your typical gym, so when you start off you may find it very very different from what you had expected or imagined, but once you fall into a rhythm, you won't feel like going anywhere else!
