Ozone Fitness 'N' Spa

Super duper Gym. Premium, luxurious and largest gym in the NCR. Very professional Coaches who guide the members fantastically and ensure that individual get his fitness targets achieved. Management is very supportive and always available for helping the members. I strongly recommend the fitness fraternity to join this gym. Their tariff plans are very economical and most competitive.

The trainers are very nice. Don't fall into their long term schemes for 6 months and 12 months membership. They will take full payment and receipt will not be given. I paid for 12 months and they ended my membership in 6 months. They didn't even give me the receipt for 6 months membership and said sorry that we won't be able to give you that as well.

PLACE - Average. ( You will have little bit trouble for parking your car but they have valet.) Gym - Working out area is small but trainers are nice and professional. The staff at the front desk is bit rude and arrogant though they speak nicely but the impression is rude. Maintenance is a big issue here. Their washroom is very much good like "SULAB SHOCHALYA" very filthy. I complained so many times but no good response and then I had to request cancellation just in 2-3 days after joining. They dont know what is hospitality and cleanliness. I was told that even though the membership has been canceled, I will be charges taxes (how come!!) I had to pay 4000 INR taxes. bloody bullshit.

Worse experience with this gym. Small in size also the staff and trainers only look after to owner's family members and relatives. Poor staff at reception they assure you to give you good general training but once joined they will ask to take personal training even for general guidance.

Hello, I would only talk about the positive thing about the gym and that is "Imran sir", There are good trainer's too but he's the best that I found there, All in all I would say "Imran sir" is the gem that Ozone got!
