I've been attending AV Gym for over a year now, regularly taking the Morning Yoga class with Ratan Sir and the Morning CrossFit class with Chetan Sir. Let me start with Ratan Sir's Yoga sessions. His instructions are clear and precise, and he always explains the benefits of each pose along with the do's and don'ts. He knows exactly when to offer support and motivation, creating a very encouraging environment. It's a fantastic class--suitable for everyone. Now coming to Chetan Sir's morning CrossFit class--it's another fantastic session. This is an advanced-level class, ideal for those who are bored with routine workouts or looking to push their fitness to the next level. It's a powerful mix of weightlifting, cardio, and flexibility training that challenges both your body and mind. Training with these instructors and the team has been an incredibly positive experience.I'm truly thankful to be a part of this amazing workout team. Your constant support and motivation mean a lot. I really admire the dedication and effort each of you brings -- it's incredibly inspiring to be in such company! As for the gym itself--it's affordable, well-equipped, clean, and fully air-conditioned, with a great crowd that adds to the positive vibe. One thing I'd like to mention is that they used to roll out attractive offers during every festive season, but for the past six months, there haven't been any new deals. They also used to actively post and share stories on Instagram, which seems to have stopped. As a gym, maintaining an active social media presence with motivational content and regular offers would definitely help keep members engaged and inspired.
