Air conditioned, lots of new equipment to let u workout anyway u want to.The trainer "Viraj" is grt and well experienced nd knowledgeable. The owner "Sahil bhaiya" always supports to achieve ur goals and helps to push hard during workouts induced several activities and exercises to maintain ourselves. FFH

Unlike other gym where trainers are more concerned about few members and special packaged members, Focus Fitness House gives equal attention to everyone. FFH gives attention to overall fitness making it interesting with surprises every week.

Posting my review after 3 weeks of joining.. Let me give you brief insights about this gym to take informed decision:- 1. Huge space 2. Very friendly and polite trainer having good knowledge 3. Environment is very good ,peaceful and positive 4. Equipments and machines are very good 5. Reasonable fees I have seen many gyms in laxminagar locality but this gym is above expectations. Have joined the gym since a month now. I love the dedication of the trainers,who are totally professional in their work and with lots of experience. Also the equipments are well maintained. Perfect gym for Beginners and the intermediates.

If you are searching for a Gym in laxminagar , this is the best place. I'm from Jodhpur but joined the gym for one month during my internship in Delhi . The timing is flexible, there are two trainer, both are professional and they new it very well that how to satisfy their clients. They are very committed to their job. The best thing is that they notice your form, Posture and performance on daily basis and correct you whenever you do it improperly. Everyone thinks that they are doing the exercises properly, and just join a gym without a professional trainer, but you will surely realize that professional training is completely different, that I learned from this. Gym without Diet is nothing and here they also suggest you a proper diet. I recommend this Gym because of the trainers.
