I'll be very honest, Great equipment condition, good locality/environment, not very spacious, exceptionally rude & unprofessional staff I'm in this city for a week only, I and my friend have discussed 7 days gym plan for the two of us where my friend planned on continuing if it fits with his MMA routine However when we visited the gym today, the staff behaviour was exceptionally rude My friend paid upfront in cash for 7 days but I told them I'll pay tomorrow The front desk person asked me if I could pay it today as they had some requirement I said okay, just let me take a look around upstairs, and I'll pay within 30 mins As my parents were driving at the moment and I didn't wanna disturb them within all the festival shopping, etc But then this other person came up and started demanding the money right away and asked me to call them right now Then one more person came up and they all started forcing us, I am a very patience and tolerant person in general So I tried to tell them that I'll pay in a bit, but they said that they're leaving right now, for that I said whichever staff is there to close the gym, we can talk to them and I'll pay them But they kept forcing us and after a while it was just too rude, I told them that it's okay, I don't want to workout here, my friend asked for his money back and the woman gave it back very rudely I was polite till the end and told them that I really wanted to workout here but I the behaviour was too rude To that they replied something I couldn't hear clearly And we just walked out I've been going to gym for over 9 years now and this was just the worst experience I ever had I've never seen someone fall so greedily forceful for just 500rs However, I visited this gym last year and the equipments were really smooth and in prime condition There's a food corner right below the gym that gives delicious eggs, noodles, etc I'd give them a 2.5 rating as the gym part is great but staff is just terrible according to my experience
