Mainly caters to bodyweight training, but has some free weights for weightlifting too. However the weights are in bad shape, rusty and held together by duct tape. For 165k per day pass, you'd expect better equipment, even though it's not a traditional weightlifting gym. Rusty free weights get the job done, but it's definitely not comfortable. There is one semi open air indoor and one outdoor area. Weightlifting equipment mostly outdoors. No air conditioning. Not recommended for the average joe who just wants to get a traditional weightlifting workout done on holiday. There are classes and other facilities as well.

My favorite gym and workout space. So clean, new, modern and amazing. Also, the sauna and 3 different pools are so refreshing can't wait to come back.

Probably the rudest customer service I've ever experienced, especially the head coach! This gym has the same-ish name as another gym Ubud Fitness Center (no, you didn't read that wrong, it just has a generic 'Center' as a suffix), and I was 9 minutes late for my class here because I went to the other one instead. Clearly I am not the first one to make this mistake because the receptionist at Ubud Fitness Center (not Ubud Fitness, mind you!) saw my confusion and immediately redirected me to this gym. The staff, the head coach in particular, was so diabolically rude - he called me childish for telling him I was not going to review the gym well, asked if I was a design expert (?!) when I told him that if multiple customers have made the same mistake that the name design is not human-centric, and showed not a single ounce of understanding or empathy. The class hadn't even finished warming up when I showed up, it's not like I was 30 minutes late. FYI - 'Ubud Fitness' doesn't even show up as a location on Grab LMAO. Please see the screenshot below. The coach was splitting hairs over how 'Ubud Fitness' is soooo uniquely different from 'Ubud Fitness Center' - and all the while they haven't even bothered to implement that precision in their location tag on Grab! And on ClassPass, they refer to themselves as 'Ubud.Fitness' - so pray tell, which one is your official name? If multiple customers are making the same mistake (and I do grant - it's a mistake, but obviously one that happens only ONCE the first time and not a general tardiness that we'll bring to the class every time) then the gym should probably do something about it or at least show some more consideration and acknowledge some responsibility over it. Never coming here again - skip the classes here, you're better off heading to the gym at Ubud Fitness Center instead.

Been there 4 times in 6 days, had great encounters and fun workouts! Loved Sofia and her energy and wit during the classes. It's crazy how, when you're nice to other people, they are nice back (for you bad reviewers who probably walked in with an attitude and got treated like you deserved...).

Fantastic crossfit and general place to work out gym. Not your 'bro' rusty machine abandoned warehouse gym, this is a proper CrossFit facility. Lots of space, great equipment, well maintained and friendly staff, no ego, plus a physio and cafe. Can't recommend enough.
