They always organize great fitness events and activities that I've never seen in any other gym. It's truly a place that keeps me inspired and excited to work out every time!

The environment here is lively, and people are friendly from staff to members without exception. It is worth noting that the gym membership includes access to a wide variety of group classes, which you can conveniently book through the fitness first app. In addition to special events on occasions like Mother's Day, for instance, and kids classes. Personally, I enjoy attending Denice, Lily, and Hanna's classes. Personal training sessions are highly recommended, as they are tailored to your personal needs. Thanks to coach Lily Caudiamat, my personal trainer, for being motivational and supportive. She made my fitness transformation faster and, most importantly, possible and enjoyable!
