Cygnett Inn Imperial

I had an awesome experience here. I travel a lot around India and stay in many hotels, but this was my first time at Cygnett Inn Hotel -- and it was truly wonderful. The room was neat, clean, and very spacious. The overall setup was excellent and budget-friendly. The food was also delicious and available at a very reasonable price. The welcome juice is really good -- a must-try! The staff, whether at the restaurant, front desk, or reception, were all extremely kind, polite, and familiar in their behavior, which made me feel very comfortable. The city view from the room was fabulous, especially in the early morning during sunrise. It's hard to express in words -- this is not just a stay, but a memorable experience. Highly recommended!

We organized a Mega Dealer Meet at Summit Hall, and the experience was truly exceptional. The ambience was excellent, and the staff were extremely cooperative, ensuring the event went smoothly and successfully. This is undoubtedly one of the best hotels in Tezpur, conveniently located in a bustling market area with easy accessibility. The rooms are spacious, clean, and thoughtfully designed, featuring modern amenities such as Smart TVs, air conditioning, geysers, and more. The in-house restaurant serves delicious food, and the breakfast surpasses that of many nearby hotels. Staff behavior was consistently courteous and professional, and the overall hospitality exceeded expectations. Special thanks to Restaurant Manager Mr. Gautam Deka, Chef Ali, SND Ashim Biswas, and Management Representative Mr. Manab Lahkar for their outstanding service and attention to detail. The food was excellent, service top-notch, and the ambience added to the overall charm. Overall, a truly worthy experience -- highly recommended!

My recent stay at Hotel Cygnet Tezpur was marked by consistent service failures that left much to be desired. On the evening of October 17th, I attempted to order room service at 9:50 PM but received no response from the restaurant despite multiple attempts. After calling reception three times for assistance, I was assured of a callback that never materialized. I eventually went to bed without dinner after waiting until 10:45 PM.The poor service continued at breakfast the following morning, where a simple tea order went unfulfilled despite a 25-minute wait, forcing me to leave without my beverage.For a hotel of Cygnet's reputation, such basic service lapses are unacceptable. The lack of responsiveness from both restaurant and reception staff suggests systemic issues that management needs to address urgently. Guests expect reliable communication and timely service, especially for fundamental needs like food and beverage.I hope the management takes immediate steps to improve their service standards and staff training to ensure future guests don't face similar disappointments

I had a wonderful experience at Cygnett Inn Imperial Tezpur. The hospitality was truly commendable -- GRA was polite, attentive, and made sure I felt comfortable throughout my stay. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, and the food was delicious. Special thanks to Sushma for her excellent hospitality and for going the extra mile to make my stay memorable. Would love to visit again!

Overall Experience was very good, stayed for a night and had a great time. Highlights - The club room was spacious, super clean, fresh interior, awesome balcony(shared one). Helpful staff and good food. Receptionists and staff were welcoming and helpful. Location is correct as on google maps. Overall property is very well maintained.
