I have been attending the classes from 2 months and I have seen improvement in my flexibility and mobility with in a month of consistency. Different types of yoga with different intensity are taught in a week and this really helped me in fitness journey. Mr. Venkat garu is the trainer and he understands our concerns and teaches us accordingly which helps us to recover from such concerns. I can definitely see the difference in my physical and mental health in just 2 months of training. I feel better and my flexibility and strength has improved a lot. I recommend this to everyone whoever want to start their fitness journey and get better in many ways.
