Excellent personal training program with seperate trainers for floor workouts and strength training along with proper diet. All modern equipments are available. Lost around 5 kgs in a month.

Nice gym. They have a good range of equipment and what I like much is that they are training with two dedicated trainers one for strength and other for cardio. That brings my confidence that I can change myself well .

Trainers are very professional and friendly. I loss 5kg in 25 days ,there are 2 trainers here one for strength and another one for cardio workout and also I will continue for another 2 month. please follow their instructions and diet.

I've had a great experience at this gym! The facilities are clean and well-maintained, and the atmosphere is very motivating. A special shout-out to my trainer Moulali - they're incredibly knowledgeable, supportive, and really push me to do my best. I've seen real progress thanks to their guidance. Highly recommend!
