Good security with each & every guest need to be entered in Watchman book. Easily accessible near Ulachala Road near Amelio hospital.
I am from Gujrat and have been living here since more than six months in a 3 bhk flat. I must admit very spacious n nicely designed flats, located in really a peaceful area. Away from town's hustle n bustle..Having enough parking space, a fuction hall for flatmates (rent 2500 for 24 hrs),children's playground a small store of day to day life things, RO water plant and solar heater facilities; these society can be considered as omr of the most equipped societies in Kurnool...! Cons: localites still consider this as an out of city area n not having good locality. Hence if u wana stay here with family , then think twice!!!!!
It's feel like home,residential place with 160 flats & playing area for children. Moreover near to bustand and transportation is quite frequent.
It is a nice appartment with kids play ground , Community hall ,shop, mineral water and space for walking.
