Arunas gym exclusively provides best quality services such as personal training and general training..staff and management were very polite and provides support and encouragement as a very beginner i felt my journey started very smoothly and day by day the guidance and variations they suggested showed up the best motivation and more challenging. I was truly enjoying my experience here and as well very well enjoyable during there exclusive sunday classes. This ladies gym provides best Security for ladies and all the trainers and staff were all ladies and shows us best care..i highly recommend..:-)

I've had an amazing experience at this gym! The ambience is very professional, clean, and motivating. I am also taking personal training sessions with Aruna, and she is absolutely excellent. She is highly knowledgeable, very supportive, and truly pushes me to do my best while making sure I maintain proper form. I feel more confident and stronger with every session. Highly recommend

The both trainers are very friendly , knowledgeable persons Especially the Aruna mam was very supportive person friendly nature and excellent guidance in workouts and diet plans .....overall I like this aruna's fitness and gym exclusively for ladies
