Neeru-pragathi Park

It's an excellent amenity for children and elders alike. This is quite a well sized park with slides, swings, see saws for younger children. A small sized green play area with benches. Where people are also seen playing football with kids. An outdoor gym setup which is quite popular. A badminton area also beside it. Most popular is the walking track with trees lining the boundary walls. However the washrooms are kept locked which means it's not well maintained by whoever is getting paid for it. This should be improved. The timings also can be extended. Google doesn't show evening hours but in the past it used to be open in the evenings.

A new development in Anatapur Town for a good time for public to enjoy evenings! Kids have many slides, swings, see-saw, etc to play and huge park space for a walk and greenery to enjoy. It's away from the traffic and normal life of a town and hence a nice break from the daily life. Have to say, it's a good lung space for the people to have a clean environment without pollution and have a relief. Should go there in the weekends by 5 pm and spend few hours of good refreshed time with family and friends to recharge for the upcoming week of work. The concentration of the Government to develop such places for the public is a welcome step and certainly builds up healthy minds and model citizens, near to the nature rather than be in the faily life in the concrete jungle. It is easy to reach from the town in own transport and Auto rickshaws too. Highly recommended to visit.

The park have open Gym equipment, children play area with cradles, see saw and many more including a good walking track surrounded by plants and trees and a compound. Multiple sellers sell green leafy vegetables, fruits, chats etc in front of the park gate.

Very well maintained. Drinking water is there in pots. Toilets are available, but not operating when I visit. Car parking is good. Seating is good for old people

This place will inspire us to walk and workout.
