Feedback Regarding Patient Appointment Services Dear Hospital Management, I would like to share my feedback regarding the patient appointment system currently in place. While I hold the hospital in high regard for its excellent medical consultation and therapeutic services, I regret to express dissatisfaction with the appointment scheduling process. The absence of a streamlined online booking system has led to significant inconvenience for patients. For instance, when appointment slots are clearly defined--such as 7:30 to 7:45 PM--patients can plan their schedules accordingly and arrive with minimal waiting. However, the current practice requires patients to visit the hospital physically by 10:00 AM to secure an early appointment, often resulting in prolonged waiting times until 11:30 AM or later. This is particularly challenging for working individuals and those traveling from distant locations, as it demands either multiple visits or extended hours at the hospital, thereby affecting their productivity. In today's digital age, many metropolitan hospitals have adopted efficient online slot booking systems to reduce patient waiting times and enhance service delivery. Given the hospital's reputation and standards, I believe implementing a similar system would be a valuable step forward and greatly appreciated by the patient community.
